The Interior of the Villa
The Villa’s spacious living area is comprised of a roomy kitchen, a dining room that seats up to twelve and a sitting room. The functional space is separate from the sleeping area, which has three bedrooms with a total of six beds, two bathrooms with large multifunction showers and a whirlpool.
The 140-square-meter villa is surrounded by an extensive planted garden that runs entirely on a single, mezzanine level. Guests may relax on the portico’s terrace and enjoy the splendid panoramic view of Lake Como and Comacina Island.
The fine painted wood-finished window frames are outfitted with soundproof glass to to ensure the guests’ relaxation and tranquility.
The armored access doors are equipped with large windows so you can safely enjoy the view of the lake and the garden.
Free high-speed wireless Internet is available throughout the villa and in much of the garden.
Living Room
The living room’s dramatic stone fireplace is open on both sides, creating a harmonious continuity with the kitchen. The floors, wooden beams, and retro cast iron radiators add elements of warmth to the elegant ambiance.
The combination of contemporary and historic architecture comes from the implementation of minimalist, yet eclectic decor: a comfortable modular convertible sofa that can be reconfigured as needed as well as a library that is at once spacious and slim, rigged to one of the wall’s original geometric silhouettes.
The vibrant lime green library wall adds nuance and personality to the entire room.

Kitchen
The kitchen symbolizes the center and ideal of the house, a white room designed around a long wooden table that amplifies personal relationships and a social environment surrounded by 12 comfortable chairs, where guests may sit to eat, work, chat or play.
The scope of work was carried out in two different parts: the first stands against the wall and includes all the vertically arranged storage furniture and latest appliances: refrigerators, ovens and dual temperature wine cabinet. The second, a central island, contains induction hobs, a workspace, a dishwasher and a place to eat breakfast, snacks and aperitivo.
The minimalist, high-tech decoration evokes a feeling of lightness: the furniture is attached to the wall while the island’s workspace and table seem to float in the air supported by almost invisible glass legs, an original, striking touch.
The space is always flooded with light thanks to two large windows and an impressive skylight that runs throughout.
Bedrooms
The sleeping area can accommodate up to six people in three cozy bedrooms, all of which ensure wellbeing and quality sleep. Designed as balanced and linear spaces, the rooms light up thanks to the bright, colorful shades of the walls.
Two master bedrooms have terraces overlooking the lake and the third, which overlooks the garden, contains two single beds that can form a double bed if necessary.
The “superking” double beds are 180x200 cm - 6'0''x6'6 '(100x200cm - 3'3''x6'6' for single beds) with "FITNESS ACTIVA MEMORY" mattresses that ensure maximum comfort.
All rooms have satellite TV and parquet floors.
Bathrooms
The Villa has two contemporary bathrooms with a spa-inspired design.
Simple lines, refined finishes, a marble floor, and a black-and-white color scheme enhance the elegance to create the main bathroom’s chic, luxurious vibe. A true wellness oasis, the bathroom boasts a spacious layout with a large multifunction showerhead and glass massage jets, a Jacuzzi, a washbasin that appears detached from the wall and a modern toilet and bidet.
The washing machine and dryer is behind the mirrored door.
The wood from the crystal basin and tabletop in the second bathroom result in a warm and cozy atmosphere, complete with a large glass shower, toilet and bidet.
